Mr. Morse is the co-founder and original President of Living Essentials LLC (5-Hour Energy). We believe our shareholders will greatly benefit from his experience having led 5-Hour Energy and its parent, Living Essentials, through product conceptualization, development, launch, and rapid growth, as well as his successes since.

Mr. Morse pioneered and created the multi-billion dollar energy shot category with 5-Hour Energy. He is viewed as a tremendous resource as we continue to grow the night snack category. Tom provides a wealth of knowledge and insight into branding, marketing, and distribution. A nighttime snacker himself, he’s very excited about the consumer problem we’re solving and the solutions we’re bringing to market.

Doron Stern is a consumer goods veteran with tremendous experience in the snack space.  In his nearly 3 years as Chief of Marketing and Innovation at Popcorn, Indiana, Doron spearheaded development of innovative new products, advertising, PR, package design, and general brand stewardship.  With his efforts, the company approached $100M in annual revenue.

Before joining Popcorn, Indiana, Doron was VP of marketing at Chobani Yogurt, from March 2009 to October 2012, where he grew Chobani to be the largest brand in the category. He helped build revenues from $30M to $850M during his time there, with a comprehensive product development and communications program that included the sponsorship of the London Olympic Games and a Golden Effie for the brand's first national advertising campaign.

Prior to Chobani, Mr Stern held line marketing positions at increasingly senior levels in leading CPG companies like Bristol Myers and L'Oreal and with top advertising agencies like Bozell and Grey. Mr Stern received a BA from Brandeis University and an MBA in marketing from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Dr. Grandner is a licensed Clinical Psychologist certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, Director of the Sleep and Health Research Program, and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, Psychology, Medicine, and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Arizona. His clinical work focuses on non-medication treatments for sleep disorders. His research examines the relationship between sleep and obesity, diabetes, heart disease, daytime functioning, and longevity. His work has received awards from the Sleep Research Society, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, American Heart Association, and other organizations. He is author or co-author on over 100 academic publications. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine and the Sleep and Wellness task force for the NCAA. He is a frequent consultant and speaker on the issue of sleep health.

He was one of the youngest people to have passed the Board at age 31 and, with a specialty in Sleep Disorders, is one of only 168 psychologists in the world with his credentials and distinction. Dr. Breus is on the clinical advisory board of

Our resident nutrition expert, Dr. Broch holds a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition, and a Doctorate in Psychology with specialized training in sleep disorders. She is an active member of the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine (BSM), chairing the accreditation committee for BSM training programs and is certified in behavioral sleep medicine and a diplomate of sleep disorders medicine. She served nine years as Director of Education and Training at the Sleep-Wake Disorders Center at Weill Cornell Medical College.

Broch is currently on staff at Northwell Health Sleep Disorders Center and maintains an ongoing private practice in psychology, sleep disorders and nutrition.

Her multidisciplinary background, with depth of knowledge and expertise in both nutrition and sleep, is viewed by management as a tremendous asset for current and future product development.

Mark has over 37 years of experience as a seasoned financial and management professional.  He has served as Chief Financial Officer of several small cap public companies since 2004 where he oversaw virtually every aspect of the company’s operations, administration, customer service, and human resources and worked closely with the company’s Executive Team, Board of Directors and investment advisors. Mr. Noffke was a Managing Director of a boutique investment bank, where he conducted due diligence and acquisition analysis in various industries, including waste recycling, forest products and automotive. Mr. Noffke, has served as the chief financial officer and a Director of U.S. Forest Industries, Inc., a timber manufacturing company, where he was responsible for developing the company's accounting infrastructure. Mr. Noffke, is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Valparaiso University in Indiana.
